Sec. 49-626. - Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of street or alley paving without first having obtained a license from the manager of licensing and consumer protection so to do; provided, however, that a general contractor licensed under division 2 of this article shall not be required to be licensed as paving contractor.
