§132.1501 Purpose of the Airport Land Use Compatibility Overlay Zone The purpose of the Airport Land Use Compatibility Overlay Zone is to implement adopted Airport Land Use Compatibility Plans, in accordance with state law, as applicable to property within the City. The intent of these supplemental regulations is to ensure that new development located within an airport influence area (identified in Table 132-15A) is compatible with respect to airport-related noise, public safety, airspace protection, and aircraft overflight areas.
