§ 25-54. - Intimidation; harassment; damage, destruction or vandalism of real or personal property of another. No person shall, maliciously and with the specific intent to intimidate or harass another person because of that person's race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin or disability, damage, destroy, vandalize or deface any real or personal property of another person or of any religious organization or institution.
