11.04.025 - Traffic engineer—Right to delegate. The City Traffic Engineer may delegate or assign to another department, division, function or officer or employee of the City any power or duty that: (A) Is assigned to the City Traffic Engineer under this Title; and (B) Relates to the stopping, standing, parking or loading of vehicles.
