SEC. 44-30. TRANSFER OF LICENSE - AUTHORITY OF LICENSEE. Any person who shall be the legal owner of any unexpired occupation license issued in accordance with the provisions of this article is hereby authorized to transfer the same on the books of the assessor and collector of taxes of the city.
