§ 38-716. - Expiration or revocation of permit; equipment. (a) Upon the expiration or revocation of the permit, the permittee shall immediately remove all equipment, supplies, merchandise and other personal property from the permit site and leave the permit site in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. (b) Any equipment, supplies, merchandise and other personal property remaining on the permit site after the expiration or revocation of the permit may be impounded by the City and shall be subject to disposal in the manner provided by law for the disposition of unclaimed property.
