§ 38-717. - Permittee identification. (a) The Bricktown Canal vending permit must be conspicuously displayed on the permit site while the permitted business or activity is conducted. (b) All permittees and persons employed by the permittee shall be issued photo identification cards showing the permittee's name, permit site, permitted business or activity and permit expiration date. All permittees and any person employed by the permittee shall have the permit identification card displayed on their person at all times while engaged in the conduct of the permitted business or activity on the permit site.
