Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 57-17

There is hereby created a water district for the sanitary protection of the water supply of the City which district shall be known as the "Oklahoma City Water District" and shall embrace all of the lands in the counties of Oklahoma and Canadian, State of Oklahoma, within the following descriptions:
(1) in Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, and 36, Township 13 North, Range 4 West, and that part of these sections belonging to the Lake Hefner Reservoir Property, including all of Sections 26, 34 and 35;
(2) in Section 31, Township 13 North, Range 4 West, the south half of the south half;
(3) in Section 32, Township 13 North, Range 4 West, the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the canal property and the area between the canal and the south section line;
(4) in Section 33, Township 13 North, Range 4 West, the canal property and the area between the canal and the south section line;
(5) in Section 1, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, all north and west of Grand Boulevard;
(6) in Section 2, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, all;
(7) in Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, all except a strip ⅛ of a mile wide along the west line;
(8) in Section 10, Township 12, a strip ⅛ of a mile wide along the west line;
(9) in Section 11, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the north half and the southwest quarter;
(10) in Section 12, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, that part of the northwest quarter which is west of Grand Boulevard;
(11) in Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the west half, and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter;
(12) in Section 15, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the north half of the northeast quarter and the north half of the northwest quarter, except a strip ⅛ of a mile wide along the west section line;
(13) in Section 4, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter;
(14) in Section 5, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the southwest quarter, the west half of the southeast quarter, the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, the west half of the northeast quarter, the south half of the northwest quarter including canal property;
(15) in Section 8, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the west half, the west half of the east half and the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter;
(16) in Section 9, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the south half of the southwest quarter;
(17) in Section 17, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, all;
(18) in Section 20, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the west half;
(19) in Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the northeast quarter;
(20) in Sections 6, 7, 18 and 19, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, all;
(21) in Section 30, Township 12 North, Range 4 West, the north half and that part of the southwest quarter north of Drainage Ditch No. 2 and west of the river;
(22) in Section 36, Township 13 North, Range 5 West, the south half and the south half of the northwest quarter;
(23) in Sections 1, 12, 13 and 24, Township 12 North, Range 5 West, all;
(24) in Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 5 West, the southwest quarter;
(25) in Sections 23 and 26, Township 12 North, Range 5 West, the Drainage Ditch No. 2 property and thence to the east section line;
(26) in Section 25, Township 12 North, Range 5 West, the Drainage Ditch No. 2 property and thence to the north section line.
