Sec. 54-128. - Following fire apparatus prohibited. The driver of any vehicle other than one (1) on official business in connection therewith, shall not follow any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm or with emergency equipment on, closer than five hundred (500) feet, or drive into or park such vehicle within the block where such fire apparatus has stopped.
