11.44.040 - Time-limited—Fifteen minutes. Upon those streets or highways or parts of streets or highways described in Schedule 18-III, a copy of which shall be maintained for public inspection in the offices of the City Clerk and the City Traffic Engineer, which may be amended from time to time by written finding of the City Traffic Engineer, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or goods in any place marked as a time-limited loading zone, during hours when the regulations applicable to such loading zone are effective, and then only for a period not to exceed fifteen minutes.
