Las Vegas Municipal Code § 11.44.030
in effect11.44.030 - Hotel.
Upon those streets or highways or parts of streets or highways described in Schedule 18-II, a copy of which is to be maintained for public inspection in the offices of the City Clerk and the City Traffic Engineer, which may be amended from time to time by written finding of the City Traffic Engineer, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for any purpose or period of time other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers or goods in any place marked as a hotel loading zone, during hours when the regulations applicable to such hotel loading zone are effective, and then only for a period not to exceed ten minutes.
