§ 4-49. - Public hearings. No variance from the provisions of this chapter shall be granted or revoked without first holding a public hearing. Not less than ten days notice shall be given to all interested persons as appear in the files and records of the Board. In addition, notice of such hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation and published within the City not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing.
