§ 4-48. - Fee. An applicant for a variance from the provisions of this chapter shall pay to the City a fee in the amount established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. Such fee shall be paid each time a variance is sought provided that the Board may in its discretion review any variance denied within 90 days from the date of such denial without additional cost to the applicant.
