§ 4-47. - Application. Any person may make an application for a variance from the terms of this chapter by paying the required fee and by filing a written application with the Director. The application form shall be verified by the applicant and set forth all information required by the Board including the full name and address of the applicant, the violation and the extent to which a variance is sought.
