Sec. 2-559. - Unwarranted complaints; procedure. If the complaint is found to be unwarranted, the complainant will be notified of such. The city manager or designee may conduct further investigation, confirm or deny the original decision. If there are legal questions involved, the complaint will be sent to the city legal department for review. (Ord. No. 2013-09-05-0577, § 1, 9-5-13)
