§ 25-1-89 - EXTENSION OF REVIEW PERIOD FOR PRELIMINARY PLANS AND PLATS. (A) For preliminary plan and plat applications, the director may extend the review period one time if the applicant submits a written request for an extension before the time limitations in Section 25-4-32 (Action Within 30 Days). The review period can only be extended to one time. (B) If the director approves an extension request under Subsection (A), the director shall approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove an application for a preliminary plan or plat no later than the expiration of the extended review period.
