"Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit" or "Junior Accessory Dwelling" means a residential unit that is not more than five hundred (500) square feet in size, and contained entirely within an existing or proposed single-family structure and meets all of the requirements of Section 20.80.178 . A Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit may include separate sanitation facilities, or may share sanitation facilities with the existing or proposed single-family structure. (Ords. 30353, 30984.)
