Applicability.
Las Vegas Municipal Code § 13.24.015
in effect13.24.015 - Applicability.
The provisions of this Chapter do not apply to news racks within the boundaries of the Fremont Street Experience pedestrian mall, as described in LVMC 11.68.040. The location and design of news racks within the pedestrian mall, and the allocation of news rack locations, are governed by the Fremont Street Experience Limited Liability Company in accordance with its news rack plan.
