§ 47-482. - Due date and payment generally. The sewer service charge shall be due and payable from and after the date on the bill on which such charge is shown. Payment shall be made to the City Treasurer, but the Treasurer shall not accept payment for any sewer service charge without payment of the water bill on which said charge is shown, nor shall he accept payment of any water bill without payment also of any sewer service charge shown thereon.
