§ 47-481. - Billing. Billings for sewer service shall be rendered at the same time and on the same bills issued for water service, but shall be shown as a separate item from the charge for water. If sewer service is commenced or terminated during a period for which bills will be rendered, billing shall be prorated on a daily basis. (Code 1970, § 31-37; Code 1980, § 47-86)
