13.32.050 - Wood, coal or other fuels. It shall be unlawful for the owner, purchaser, seller or any person in charge of any coal, firewood or fuel to place or permit such fuel to remain in any street or upon any sidewalk after dark, and it shall be unlawful to permit any such wood, coal or fuel to remain in any street, at any time, so as to obstruct the free passage in the same. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (1949 code Ch. 32 § 76: prior code § 9-12-7)
