§ 20-2. - Control over Fire Department. Subject to the provisions of the Charter, the Fire Chief, or in his/her absence, the Chief Officer designated by the Fire Chief, shall have full and absolute control over the entire Fire Department and its employees, and shall see that the department conforms to such rules and regulations as the City Manager may prescribe.
