Sec. 5.90.1027. - Notice of rate change. Subject to federal, state and local law, the city may establish and regulate the rates or charges for providing cable service and prescribe rate regulation procedures. Subject to federal, state and local law, prior to implementation of any change in rates or charges for any service or equipment provided by the cable operator, the cable operator shall provide the city and all subscribers a minimum of 30 days prior written notice of such change.
