Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 54-224
in effect§ 54-224. - Persons eligible.
No license required by this division shall be issued to any applicant who has been convicted of any felony or a crime involving fraud, theft or receiving or possession of stolen property in the five years immediately preceding the date of the license application.
