§ 13-90. - Classifications. If a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this article is for a "domestic employment agency," the person issued such a license shall engage only in the business of securing employment for help known as "domestic" for service in families, boardinghouses, restaurants, hotels and clubs. If it is for an "employment agency," the person issued such a license shall engage only in the business of securing employment for any persons other than those seeking domestic employment as described in preceding sentence.
