§ 42-47. - Revocation of permit. The Chief Plumbing Inspector, Development Services Director or designated representative shall revoke a permit or approval issued under the provisions of this chapter in case of any false statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application or plans on which the permit or approval was based. Any person aggrieved by said decision may appeal pursuant with Section 42-121 of this chapter. (Ord. No. 25054, § 2, 12-16-14, eff. 3-16-15)
