2.64.110 - Board of trustees—Ex officio treasurer—Duties. The comptroller of the city shall be ex officio treasurer of such fund, and the duties thus imposed upon him shall be additional duties for which he shall be liable under his official oath and bond, but he shall receive no additional compensation therefor. The city comptroller shall keep complete permanent records of all transactions relating to such fund, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
