921.63 - Enforcement. Every law enforcement officer, within the area of the officer's authority, may enforce the provisions of this chapter and Chapter 1547 of the Revised Code, and rules adopted by the Chief of the Division of Watercraft, and in the exercise thereof may stop and board any vessel subject to this chapter, or Chapter 1547 of the Revised Code and rules adopted under it.
