Sec. 111-306. - Fifth ward. The fifth ward of the city shall be described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Thirty-eighth Street and Northwestern Avenue; thence east along the centerline of Thirty-eighth Street to the centerline of Meridian Street; thence south along the centerline of Meridian Street to the centerline of Fall Creek; thence in a southwestwardly direction along the centerline of Fall Creek to the centerline of Northwestern Avenue; thence northwestwardly to the point of beginning.
