Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 111-308

The seventh ward of the city shall be described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of New Jersey and Fall Creek; running thence west and southwesterly on and along the centerline of Fall Creek to the centerline of Stadium Drive or Indiana Avenue; running thence south on and along the centerline of Stadium Drive or Indiana Avenue to the centerline of Tenth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Tenth Street to the centerline of Capitol; running thence north on and along the centerline of Capitol to the centerline of Sixteenth Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Sixteenth Street to the centerline of Alabama; running thence north on and along the centerline of Alabama to the centerline of Twenty-first Street; running thence east on and along the centerline of Twenty-first Street to the centerline of New Jersey; running thence north on and along the centerline of New Jersey to the centerline of Fall Creek, said point beginning the place of beginning.
