Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 54-19
in effect§ 54-19. - Transactions with minors.
No person in charge of any merchandise salvage or used automobile parts and accessories shop or place of business shall purchase or otherwise receive from or sell or otherwise deliver to any minor any article of value or have any other dealings in respect to the title of property in the possession of a minor without the written consent of the parent or guardian of such minor.
