Within fifteen days before the transfer of ownership of a business licensed under this Code for which a license fee has already been paid, the transferee shall apply for the transfer of the license and shall be entitled to receive the same upon delivery of ownership documentation satisfactory to the Director and payment of the processing fee required by LVMC 6.02.085; provided, that the transferred business meets all other requirements of this Code. No transfer of license shall be approved until the required license fee has been paid to the next succeeding licensing period.
