6.02.300 - Location change. Before relocating a business, a licensee shall apply to the Director on forms provided by the Department for permission to relocate such business. Within thirty calendar days of receipt of the application the Director shall approve such relocation if the new location meets all the requirements of this Code and the licensee has paid the processing fee required by LVMC 6.02.085.
