Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-2-17
in effect§ 60-2-17. - Revocable permit.
Revocable right-of-way permit application fee: .....$100.00
plus:
(a) where detailed construction drawings are not required, each: $151.50
(Examples: water service lines, sanitary and storm sewer service lines, retaining walls, utility vaults, planters, swimming pools, and carports.)
(b) where detailed construction drawings are required:
(1) paid with application; to be credited to inspection fee: $124.00
(2) paid upon issuance of permit. The total fee shall be a percentage of estimated cost of construction, less the initial: $124.00

(d) where the right-of-way is requested to be closed or otherwise obstructed for construction and/or construction-related work impacting public City streets and/or sidewalks .....$25.00
(e) where the right-of-way is requested to be closed or otherwise obstructed for construction and/or construction-related work impacting the public City streets and/or sidewalks along the Oklahoma City streetcar route where flaggers and/or bus bridges are required: .....
(1) flaggers .....$29.25 per hour
(2) bus bridges .....$98.95 per hour
(3) OCS System shutdown .....$54.09 per hour
The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the above fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-2-17 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
