Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-2-16 Permit and inspection fees.

§ 60-2-16. - Permit and inspection fees. (a) connection to a storm sewer: .....$100.00 (b) connection to a sanitary sewer, inside City: .....$117.00 (c) connection to a sanitary sewer, outside City: .....$344.00 (d) Note: For other permit and inspection fees see: alley opening: Title 50; curb cuts, driveways, sidewalks, paving cuts, and moving heavy equipment: Title 50; connection to sanitary sewer: Title 47; digging or excavations: Title 48. ..... (e) connection to storm or sanitary sewer manhole taps .....$100.00 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-2-17 Revocable permit.

§ 60-2-17. - Revocable permit. Revocable right-of-way permit application fee: .....$100.00 plus: (a) where detailed construction drawings are not required, each: $151.50 (Examples: water service lines, sanitary and storm sewer service lines, retaining walls, utility vaults, planters, swimming pools, and carports.) (b) where detailed construction drawings are required: (1) paid with application; to be credited to inspection fee: $124.00 (2) paid upon issuance of permit. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-2-18 Engineering services performed by City.

§ 60-2-18. - Engineering services performed by City. (a) Paving plans. Where the City Engineer or his designated representative prepares paving plans, fees shall be the maximum permitted by State assessment paving laws. (b) All other public improvements. The fee shall be a percentage of estimated costs as provided herein: estimated construction cost | fee in percentage up to $10,000 | 13.8 $10,001—$25,000 | 11.8 $25,001—$50,000 | 10.4 $50,001—$100,000 | 9.6 $100,001—$250,000 | 9.0 $250,001—$500,000 | 8.3 over $500,000 | 7.6 The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. § 60-2-19. - Engineering services when plans and specifications are prepared by registered professional engineer. Inspection and supervision fees shall be a percentage of estimated costs as follows: estimated construction cost | fee in ercentage up to $2,000 | 6.9 $2,001—$5,000 | 6.3 $5,001—$10,000 | 5.5 $10,001—$25,000 | 4.9 $25,001—$50,000 | 4.1 over $50,000 | 3.5 The above fee schedule will be valid for installation of paving projects, sanitary or storm sewer projects, water mains, or fire lines. Exception: Lease purchase water projects shall be charged at the formula established in the Water Main Extension Policy as most recently amended.
