Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 60-2-18

(a) Paving plans. Where the City Engineer or his designated representative prepares paving plans, fees shall be the maximum permitted by State assessment paving laws.
(b) All other public improvements. The fee shall be a percentage of estimated costs as provided herein:

The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fees shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-2-18 if payment is made with a credit or debit card.
