§ 57-116. - Required.
No person shall sell, offer for sale or deliver water for domestic or potable purposes without a license as provided in this division.

§ 57-117. - Application.
A person required by the provisions of this division to obtain a license shall file a written application with the Supervisor of Licenses. The application shall contain the name and address of all persons connected with the enterprise, the location, and description of all wells, bottling plants, and other equipment used in the handling, bottling, confecting and storing of the water. The Supervisor of Licenses shall refer the application to the Health Department.

§ 57-118. - Inspection and issuance.
Upon receiving an application made pursuant to the provisions of this division the Health Department shall inspect the premises named in the application and analyze the water to be sold. If it appears from such examination and inspection that the applicant is complying with the provisions of this article the Health Department shall so certify to the Supervisor of Licenses who shall issue the license upon payment of the required fee.

A license issued pursuant to the provisions of this division shall expire as provided in Section 26-11, unless sooner suspended or revoked.

§ 57-120. - Fee.
Prior to being issued a license pursuant to the provisions of this division a person shall pay to the City Treasurer the fee established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 57-121 Revocation.
§ 57-121. - Revocation.
If, upon inspection, it is found that any of the provisions of this article have been violated, the Health Department is authorized to notify the Supervisor of Licenses to revoke the license issued pursuant to the provisions of this division.
