§ 57-118. - Inspection and issuance. Upon receiving an application made pursuant to the provisions of this division the Health Department shall inspect the premises named in the application and analyze the water to be sold. If it appears from such examination and inspection that the applicant is complying with the provisions of this article the Health Department shall so certify to the Supervisor of Licenses who shall issue the license upon payment of the required fee.
