517.04 - Fee; bond. The License Section is authorized to grant a license to any person upon submission of a properly executed application and the payment of the applicable fee and executing a bond to the city in the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), and with sufficient sureties, conditioned for a faithful observance of the ordinances of the city.
