A lodging facility shall pay the following fees:
(1) Application fee: .....
a. 4—25 rooms for rent .....$100.00
b. 26—50 rooms for rent .....150.00
c. 51—100 rooms for rent .....200.00
d. 101—200 rooms for rent .....250.00
e. Over 200 rooms for rent .....300.00
(2) License fees, per year: .....
a. 4—25 rooms for rent .....$100.00
b. 26—50 rooms for rent .....125.00
c. 51—100 rooms for rent .....150.00
d. 101—200 rooms for rent .....175.00
e. Over 200 rooms for rent .....200.00
