Sec. 8-180. - Payment window. Any window at which a storage lot operator or an agent or employee accepts payment, processes paperwork, or otherwise deals with the public shall be: (1) At a height that does not prevent the customer from clearly seeing the employee; and (2) Transparent and free of tint or any obstruction that prevents the customer from clearly seeing the employee.
