§ 31-115. - Driveways. (a) All recreational vehicle spaces shall abut a driveway which shall have unobstructed access to a public street or highway. (b) All driveways shall be constructed with a minimum of two inches of asphaltic concrete on six-inch compacted subbase. If on-drive parking is prohibited, the drive shall be no less than 20 feet in width. If on-drive parking is permitted, the drive shall be no less than 26 feet in width. (Code 1980, § 31-115; Ord.
