Sec. 11-16-24. - Right-of-way at uncontrolled intersections. The driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection not controlled by a traffic sign or signal shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle which has entered the intersection from a different street. When two vehicles enter an uncontrolled intersection from different streets at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the driver of the vehicle on the right.
