Sec. 28-102. - Falsifying documents and testimony. It shall be unlawful to willfully falsify documents, records or reports which are required or subpoenaed pursuant to this article or willfully to falsify testimony or to intimidate any witness or complainant. The provisions of section 1-13 of this Code shall apply to violations of this section. Each incident of such intimidation or falsification shall be treated as a separate offense. (Ord.
