Sec. 28-101. - Resisting the agency. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully resist, impede or interfere with the agency or any of its representatives in the performance of any duty under the provisions of this article or to willfully violate an order of the agency. The provisions of section 1-13 of this Code shall apply to violations of this section. Each incident shall be treated as a separate offense. (Ord. No. 623-90, § 2, 10-15-90)
