Sec. 2-502. - Director—Position created; appointment. There is hereby created the position of director of the department of administration and regulatory affairs, who shall be appointed by the mayor and confirmed by the city council. Except as provided or limited by the City Charter, the director of the department of administration and regulatory affairs shall mean the director or his designee. (Ord.
