§ 42-41. - Permits required in advance. Prior to commencement of any plumbing installation, the plumbing contractor shall secure a permit and pay the City Treasurer the inspection fee in full. Any person who commences any work on a plumbing system before obtaining the necessary permits shall be subject to a penalty as established in Section 42-25. At times when the City offices are not open, permit requests may be delayed until the City's offices are reopened. (Ord. No. 25054, § 2, 12-16-14, eff. 3-16-15)
