Seattle Mun. Code § 23.60A.126

Sections 23.60A.122 through 23.60A.124 , provisions for nonconforming uses and structures, do not apply to any structure, improvement, dock, fill, or development placed in trespass or in violation of state statutes on tidelands, shorelands, or beds of waters. (Ord. 124105 , § 3, 2013.)
