§ 9-1. In general. (a) In general. Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this Division I, any provision of a rule or regulation adopted under this Division I, or any term or condition of a permit issued under this Division I is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each violation.
