SEC. 802. CLASSES OF MIXED USE DISTRICTS.
The following classes of use districts are established for mixed use districts.

SEC. 802.1. MIXED USE DISTRICTS.
The following districts are established for the purpose of implementing the Residence Element, the Commerce and Industry Element, the Downtown Plan, the Chinatown Plan, the
Rincon Hill Plan, the South of Market Plan, the East SoMa Plan, the Mission Plan, the Showplace Square/Potrero Hill Plan, the Central Waterfront Plan, the Western SoMa Area Plan, and
the Central SoMa Plan, all of which are parts of the General Plan. Description and Purpose Statements outline the main functions of each Mixed Use District in this Article 8,
supplementing the statements of purpose contained in Section 101 of this Code.
Description and purpose statements applicable to each district are set forth in Sections 810 through 840 of this Code. The boundaries of the various Mixed Use Districts are shown on the
Zoning Map referred to in Section 105 of this Code, subject to the provisions of that Section. The following Districts are hereby established as Mixed Use Districts.
